Secretariat Inspires New Jewelry Line

Jane Heart announces the introduction of her original, licensed jewelry designs of the incomparable 1973 Triple Crown Winner Secretariat. America’s champion, fondly known as Big Red, became a hero and a symbol for hope. His legacy as the greatest racehorse of all time has endured to this day. From the cover of TIME magazine to his very own United States postal stamp, Secretariat’s image has been an inspiration to those that have followed his career and continue to love him even now.

All Jane Heart Secretariat designs are made and hand finished in Arizona. The styles include a large and small pendant, charm, charm bracelet, brooch, cuff links, small lapel pin, earrings, and scarf ring. They are available in sterling silver and gold. Each piece is stamped with the name Secretariat™ on the back and arrives in a gift box with a blue satin pouch and blue-and-white-checkered commemorative card with the inscription “Keep The Big Red Flame Burning.”A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each piece goes to the Secretariat Foundation which benefits various Thoroughbred horse charities including horse rescue and laminitis chosen each year by Mrs. Penny Chenery. She named the Foundation after her great champion “to use Secretariat’s enduring appeal to bring greater awareness to the many causes that help horses and the people who care for them.”
